CBD is legal nationwide and on May 14, 2018 in SB 282 was passed making it officially protected by the state of Kansas. Our in-house brand of full spectrum CBD products for sale, and the products at the Natural Well are specially formulated for the state of Kansas. We have a wide range of CBD products that are constantly changing, and in the near future, we will have a few healthy edibles and CBD infused food products. Our line is lab tested, 3rd party verified, has no heavy metals, is non-GMO, made from organically grown hemp. We make 28 products. Some of our CBD products use patent-pending nano-sized microemulsion which allows up to 50% more CBD absorption into your body than most products which use liposomal microemulsion.

HIGH GRADE CBD
Our products were formulated for healthcare professionals, athletes, and law enforcement. We have 0% THC products and products that contain state legal amounts of THC from hemp. Most 0% THC high grade CBD products aren't full spectrum because the extraction process eradicates other helpful hemp elements. Our THC free products, however, retain their full spectrum properties. Our CO2 Supercritical Extraction, can keep a high volume of full spectrum cannabinoid extracts and remove unwanted cannabinoids.
NO ADDITIVES
Our CBD products contain no synthetic flavoring, no heavy metals, and no residual solvents. Also, besides our CBD gummy edibles, our products contain no sweeteners. Any CBD products for sale that are infused with sweeteners can deteriorate teeth enamel. Most oils are taken orally via sublingual administration under the tongue and held in the mouth for 1-3 minutes, and sweeteners / flavorers can deteriorate the enamel on your teeth.

CBD OIL KANSAS LAW
Kansas Senate Bill 282 was signed into law by Kansas Governor Jeff Colyer as the "CBD oil Kansas Law" in May 2018. It protected the sale of CBD from industrial hemp. It was unanimously voted in favor of in the Kansas Senate. In April 2019, HB 2167 received bipartisan approval and allowed new freedoms in Kansas; however, it also prohibited some hemp CBD products like hemp cigarettes, teas, vape liquids, buds, and hemp leaf.
Our shop staff helped submit testimonies for bills and worked with Senators and House of Representative members on several occasions to protect the use of CBD in Kansas.
